Fiorella Petrelli

Fiorella Petrelli is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Physiopathology at Pisa University. She graduated in Medicine and Surgery at Pisa University and specialized in Allergology and Clinical Immunology at Florence University. Her research interests mainly focus on allergic respiratory diseases, urticaria and atopic dermatitis. Her research aims to investigate the pathogenic aspects underlying allergic diseases and to identify new potential therapeutic targets. Her team collaborate with other medical research teams, including otorhinolaryngologists and dermatologist in Pisa University Hospital, in order to develop a translational and multidisciplinary approach for clinical research and patient care.
