Enrico Cipriani is a PhD candidate in Clinical Physiopathology at the University of Pisa. His research interests are focused on the psychological factors which influence positive attitudes and behaviors towards climate change, and their neurophysiological correlates. This topic lies at the intersection of three of his greatest research fields: neuroscience, personality psychology, and social psychology. He hopes that his research could bring innovation and progress in governmental policies and communication campaigns relating to climate change. Other research topics on which he worked are the effect of sleep deprivation on dissociative symptoms, and the effect of cognitive load on oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production.
